Digital gold

storefront + adminCustom add-on

What it does

Buy/sell/store gold in grams

Digital gold lets your customers buy, hold and sell gold in grams from your app — the vault balance sits next to their scheme passbook, and every buy or sell is stamped to the live rate at the moment of the transaction.

The mandated SEBI disclosure screen renders before every purchase, as part of the flow's code — it cannot be disabled per store. Holdings are tracked in integer milligrams in the same append-only ledger as everything else, so a customer's vault balance is provable to the milligram.

How it works in your store

  • Customers buy gold by ₹ amount or by grams at the live rate, 24×7 from your app
  • The SEBI disclosure appears before every buy — compliance is built into the flow
  • Sell-back at the published buy rate credits the customer instantly, with the spread visible
  • Vault balance and full transaction history live in the rate-stamped passbook
  • Round-up savings can sweep spare change into digital gold automatically
  • Redeem holdings against jewellery at the counter whenever the customer is ready

Questions jewellers ask

Is digital gold a regulated investment product?

No — and the platform says so plainly: the mandated disclosure that digital gold is not SEBI-regulated renders before every purchase. The customer buys from your house, with the terms in the open.

Can customers sell back?

Yes — sell is built in, at your published buy rate, credited through the same ledger so the history stays complete.

How is the balance stored?

In integer milligrams, in an append-only double-entry ledger, with every transaction rate-stamped. No floats, no rounding drift, no silent edits.
