Tags print with barcodes for instant scan-to-bill at the counter. Transfers between branches move with dispatch/receive control, and cycle stock-takes reconcile the physical tray against the system with a scanner in minutes, not a weekend.
How it works in your store
- Every piece gets a tag: barcode, gross/net weight, purity, HUID where hallmarked

Questions jewellers ask
Do I need special hardware?
Any standard barcode label printer and scanner work. Tags are generated by the platform; scanning works at POS, transfers and stock-takes.
How does HUID fit in?
Each hallmarked piece stores its HUID on the tag record, with BIS lookup in the admin — the hallmark a customer is shown matches the national registry.
Can I run multiple branches?
Yes — multi-branch stock with controlled transfers is built in; each branch sees its own trays while the owner sees the whole house.
