Your karigar network is where inventory is born — and where untracked wastage quietly eats margin. Karigar job orders track every commission from metal issued to pieces received, with weights recorded at both ends.
Issue 100 grams to a bench, receive 96.4 grams of finished pieces plus documented wastage, and the difference is visible — per job, per karigar, per month. Repairs run through the same job pipeline, so a customer's piece left for polishing is never lost in a drawer.
How it works in your store
- Create a job order: karigar, design reference, metal issued (weight recorded at issue)
- Track status: issued → in work → received → quality-checked → tagged into inventory
- Wastage is computed from issued vs received weight and logged per job
- Received pieces flow straight into per-piece inventory with tags
